Getting ready to hit the road in July. I'll be debt free and I want to change that to just "free" so I've decided to leave The Shire and see if i can really take care of myelf. I intend to hit the green states around me first, and then just see where i end up. for weeks I've just been soaking up information on the lifestyle and falling madly in love with it. I don't know how many folks here have watched the zeitgiest docs...(controversial) but they all have some interesting ideas on the monetary system/fractional reserve banking and debt.
It's basically a doc on a technocratic view of organizing society.
