Hey guys, I'm from Philly, looking to get out this summer, make friends, do cool stuff, ya know, before I get too old. I'm 32, I've done the homebum gig a few times but never traveled. Looking for a road dog, a friend, no sex, you try it and I'll cut your tiny dick off, haha. Male or female welcome. I'm real laid back. I wanna play music, currently learning banjolele. I'm pretty fucking annoying but real loyal, lol. I'm not tryna be fucked up all the time, I wanna see the world with a clear head. But fun is fun. If you're in the Philly area get at me, chill n get to know each other before hoppin out. If not, just internet buddies would be cool too.

Welcome Aboard Jessie!!!

There's plenty of information on this site and I highly highly recommend to read Matt Derrick's book, The Anarchist's Guide To Travel which can be purchased on this site! Matter of fact his book is inside my bug out pack! Choke full of information!

Age is just a number! Get out and see the world and free your mind!

Again, Welcome Aboard! You're in the right place!!!

Good to know you're about to start a new chapter of your life by getting out of PA for a little bit. There's lot of places to go and other means of transportation in case you run out of luck getting a hitch. I'll be down here in Georgia/Florida in the South for quite a bit if you're interested in train hopping and want to sharpen your skills. And I am quite sure the Central, the Southwest, and even the Northwest states would have stunning and breathtaking views since it's the mountains, obviously!

In short, we have more information and resources here on travel, than you'll ever find in any horse's mouth. On top of that, there is also lots of choices and decisions we ourselves have to make, do you want to go here or there... choose wisely and come back here if you need any advice/support. Lots of love ::drinkingbuddy::

Just came from Philly last night. Place is still more or less just as depressing as I remember although I didn't see one dirty rig or bundle the entire time I was there. Good on you for wanting to get out.

Yea I'm not exactly a fan of seeing rigs everywhere but it's Philly so I was pleasantly surprised that south Philly/grays ferry wasn't as doped out as I remembered.

Support StP!

Donations go towards paying our monthly server fees, adding new features to the website, and occasionally putting a burrito in Matt's mouth.

Total amount
$100.00
Goal
$100.00

Monthly Goals

  1. Paying the Bills
    $50.00 of $50.00 - reached!
The first $50 in donations go towards paying our monthly server fees and adding new features to the website. Once this goal is reached, we'll see about feeding Matt that burrito.
  2. Buy Matt a Beer
    $75.00 of $75.00 - reached!
Now that we have the bills paid for this month, let's give Matt a hearty thank you by buying him a drink for all the hard work he's done for StP. Hopefully his will help keep him from going insane after a long day of squishing website bugs.
  3. Feed Matt a Burrito
    $100.00 of $100.00 - reached!
Now that the bills are paid and Matt has a beer in his hand, how about showing him your love by rewarding all his hard work with a big fat burrito to put in his mouth. This will keep him alive while programming new features for the website.
  4. Finance the Shopping Cart
    $100.00 of $200.00
Now that the bills are paid and Matt is fed, perhaps it's time to start planning for those twilight years under the bridge... if only he had that golden shopping cart all the oogles are bragging about these days.

Beautiful day to be alive and listen to the birds chirp, remembering to be grateful for what we have and not worry about what we have not.
Healthy in PDX. Back here after years to keep track of those bugging out and to check in on those still on the road.
Just found out my neighbor died. One day I'm helping him change his starter, the next he's gone. Just walked around inside his house. That would be the first time I have smelled death. The eeriest though was that the UPS guy still left him a package. PS He was a big John Wayne fan!! RIP Rick!

Committed phone memory to two of these guys albums just last night, after not listening to them for years. Found out today that one of em died just two days prior.
They fathered ebm in 1981 -the same genre of industrial that NIN brought to the mainstream over 10 years later.
