Pretty much anywhere outside of Florida. The entire state seems to be waging an evil war against the homeless.

well i dont know about "good" but the Daily Bread in Melbourne,Fl is a nice soup kitchen .open everyday even holidays for a meal,shower,etc. Plus down the street is the library and Salvation Army is nearby. many day labor place nearby too
