First thing I've written seriously in a long time, looking for criticism or ideas on improvement or if it's worth continuing

Like I said in the super long title I haven't written anything, like tried to write about something important to me, in a long time. So please if you could read this and critique or tell me it was interesting but, or even if you just thought it was good, would you read a book like this? Does it sound self centered or egotistical or something? I don't have a lot of friends here to read something that won't just shrug it off or give encouragement like they do every time with no engagement. I guess just does it suck would be the easiest way to have said all this. Sorry I have to use pictures, I'm not swiping this entire thing into my phone, I hope it's legible and thanks in advance. I started to take a look at this and skimmed a bit, some edges are cut off, some words unclear.

I recommend to get feedback to also include a link to you or someone reading aloud what you wrote here.

Easy voice recorder on Android does a decent job. It seems readable and insightful on first glance but to have more of an opinion i need to spend more time/ listen to you read it. If you can't host the audio here box.com and mega.nz are options i use.
