That is such a vast question. I certainly would like to answer this question but I am not sure how to due to the lack of information in your question.

I am originally from Tennessee, currently in Texas at the moment. Tennessee is riddled with different cave systems. Are you wanting information pertaining to squatting in a cave or wanting information on different caves to explore for just for exploration purposes?

I know of some caves around the state that I have been to however I don't want to answer this question until I know the reasoning because I don't want to waste your time and send you onto a wild goose chase. Hope that makes since.......

Are you currently in Tennessee now and if so what part of Tennessee are you in? Might be able to help and give some suggestions...

No, I'm not looking for a squat HQ, more so for the spirit of doing it. I'm in the lower middle part of it( right on top of the Meriwether Lewis National Park) and planning a trip north west(MO) in a couple of weeks. my goal was to pick the brains of more seasoned travelers in hopes of discovering that one or two were on my path/route. Thank you for your response though

Your in the Natchez trace area. Beautiful area and a very beautiful hike. I know there is a cave on the trail around the 308 mile marker. I know of a cave in franklin TN but there is no way I can described it in detail as to how to get there. Because it is a hell of a hike off the actually trail.

Most of the small good caves I know about are on private property. There are serval cave systems of the trail between franklin TN and Belmont TN.

Iron city TN has some awesome deep and long cave systems that are right off the shoals river, those caves are awesome and not very many people go to them. No this information is probably not helpful but at least I am trying.

I would suggest trying to find a caving group on Facebook that is in your area or something to that nature.

I hope your able to find the information that your searching for and I wish you well and safe travels on your spiritual journey my friend.

Support StP!

Donations go towards paying our monthly server fees, adding new features to the website, and occasionally putting a burrito in Matt's mouth.

Total amount
$35.00
Goal
$100.00

Monthly Goals

  1. Paying the Bills
    $35.00 of $50.00
The first $50 in donations go towards paying our monthly server fees and adding new features to the website. Once this goal is reached, we'll see about feeding Matt that burrito.
  2. Buy Matt a Beer
    $35.00 of $75.00
Now that we have the bills paid for this month, let's give Matt a hearty thank you by buying him a drink for all the hard work he's done for StP. Hopefully his will help keep him from going insane after a long day of squishing website bugs.
  3. Feed Matt a Burrito
    $35.00 of $100.00
Now that the bills are paid and Matt has a beer in his hand, how about showing him your love by rewarding all his hard work with a big fat burrito to put in his mouth. This will keep him alive while programming new features for the website.
  4. Finance the Shopping Cart
    $35.00 of $200.00
Now that the bills are paid and Matt is fed, perhaps it's time to start planning for those twilight years under the bridge... if only he had that golden shopping cart all the oogles are bragging about these days.

I've made some layout adjustments to featured content threads. They should look much prettier on mobile devices, although I'm still working on how the main featured page displays on those devices...
Due to a software bug, I've had to disable the ability for users to delete their accounts until a fix is released (hopefully no more than a few days).
