i would suggest CL-ing the bay to LA free stuff & see what we can come up with.. there might *be* a 3 basin sink that needs picking up.. showers are easy.. straight solar down there will cook you, & if you paint a plastic 5 gallon container black & use a hand air pump, you can get a *hella* nice...
