,I cherish the journey as much as the destination, so I'm trying to find a safe, effective, and adventurous route. I wanna meet cool people along the way, do side quests, sleep in the woods with some other dirty kids and boil coffee for breakfast, that kind of thing' 💗

Was able to getta ride out FL thru craigslist. Guy got me all the way to Boston. If willing to wait/see what you find going out soon. Thumbing didn't do me much good (didn't do it too long -- hrs not days). That was heading farther down FL. Maybes people going out are more open <3

Yes; if any ever wander Houston: Manny at Downtown Radiator. He's done some under the counter stuff for me (i.e. where to get truck wouldn't pass inspection) if need that sorta thing. More importantly, reasonable, and has guided/encouraged me to do my own repairs

Groovy, for sure. Roadtrips by car, many thru Craigslist (is this virtual hitching?), backpacking thru woods. Main inspiration is to see pretty places: mountains n trees. Love PNW, Alaska, Maine n so on. Only properly hitched once thru PNW omw to Olympic National Park.
