No kidding there is a big difference between vagrants and hobos (and homelessfolk too)!

The big issue is that maybe 10% of our “homeless” population are vagrants. Truely homeless folks can access a lot of help and they tend not to cause problems in ColoradoSprings. Our agencies are growing into a huge industry, lots of well-paid executives….

You want to be VERY respectful of the land and any nearby folks. Too many vagrants/bums have trashed the place they set up in. They get labelled as “homeless camps”, even if the campers are pursuing a chosen lifestyle. Be respectful, Pack it in - pack it out.
