So I decided yesterday morning to be a bit adventurous and check out the slabs.
I headed out from the south bay around 8am. I took the 91, eventually connecting to the 111 highway. Boy was that road fun! No one was around and there's plenty of desolate roads to redline your vehicle on. Nothing...

However yesterday I took the opportunity to check out Slab City Library and the Salton Sea.
I gotta say the drive was worth it!
I just wish i had more time off work.

To be honest my brother was about to foreclose on it so i decided to take over payments. But i figured 250 a month isnt that bad. So i figured ill do something with it.
Im probably just going to rent a skid steer and set up a small motocross track on it for the time being.

Downtown LA sucks if youre broke and even if you got the cash, the food and bars are pretty lame.

I booked my train ticket in advance for $125 each way. LA>>>>Seattle.
Im thankful for finally getting a job that pays well around the country. Im thankful for being able to travel, its taken all year to get a reliable truck. Lastly, im thankful for being able to go to school. Online classes make it easier.
