New to this idea. Should I start squatting?

I cant really help with anything in CA. When looking for a house though, see if you can find tax information online and see when the last time taxes have been paid on the house. Also look at utility meters and see if they're still functioning. With squatting, it's good to be as blatant as you...

    Greatest backpack ever made?

I got an osprey 65. I also have a marmot 40 I think. Osprey is kinda the shit for having a lifetime warranty for any reason. That defintely factored into why I dropped money like that on it. As long as it doesnt get stolen/lost I should have it forever. The back support system is really...

There is no such thing as Clean/Green Energy

This is kind of an old thread but I think it's an interesting conversation. Nothing is ever going to be totally clean. There is always going to be some negative externality associated with any sort if energy production. I think solar is probably our best bet, maybe nuclear too but I honestly...

What are some of the positives you've seen since Covid19 hit?

In my city theres been a ton of mutual aid projects popping up that are really awsome. Couple different groups that can be contacted to have groceries delivered to your house for free. It's all regular ass people doing it and working off donations. Theres also some funds for single parents/...
