    “Into the wild”

Yeah, maybe saying it could have been any of us is a little far fetched. With that said tho, i know some pretty gnarly folks who have gotten into some crazy shit from time to time and i think its pretty spectacular that they are still breathing. ive certainly bitten off more than i could chew in...

    “Into the wild”

I read the book when i was a teen. definitely a badass story of someone living out their beliefs and their dreams. the thing that mostly no one brings up is that **he didn't ask for a hollywood movie to be made about him, or even a book** it could have been any of us living wild like we are...

How do you deal with stray dogs?

Maybe a lil late on this one but I'm on a reservation in Arizona. Just pretending to pick up a rock and throw it while shouting is enough to scare away the stray/wild dogs here. They often have a history of abuse and are wary of people. And yea like others have mentioned, residential dogs (ie...

EU Dreamz: Leaving the US once and for all

It used to be that u could just leave the EU to a neighboring non EU country before the end of the 90 days and just reenter to renew ur tourist visa. Idk what it will be like with the new online application system coming next year. In my experience it's always better to not mention anything...

    My hip hurts.

Hey I hear ya. I was a stone worker for a few years. We worked pretty...

W, you started off saying climate change was a hoax and used fire to back up your argument so I was responding to that. I didn't read the entire Agenda 21 it because it's hundreds of pages long. But I did read what other people were saying about it. I couldn't find any information on Agenda...

News & Blogs Major but Little-Known Supporter of Climate Denial: Freight Railroads

oof. fires have been deliberately lit for millennia. When humans were more integrated with their environment, the land in many parts of the world looked like a patchwork of different ecosystems driven partially by fire. Much of the world exists on fire cycles. In the driest parts of the...

Is white people stretching their ears cultural appropriation?

Yeah I mean the headdress costume is not a subtle example. A less obvious one could be all the non-native people around the U.S. burning white sage for spiritual practices. This plant that is sacred to native people in the SW gets used willy-nilly by folks that don't have any respect or...

Is white people stretching their ears cultural appropriation?

News & Blogs Major but Little-Known Supporter of Climate Denial: Freight Railroads

So climate change aside, do you not think that humans are fucking up the planet with our self-centered lifeways? What about habitat loss and massive species die-off? Do you think we should be making drastic moves to curb those issues? Or is that a threat to our personal freedom too? At what...

Is white people stretching their ears cultural appropriation?

To me cultural appropriation is about power dynamics. e.g. Do you come from a culture that has a history of oppressing the culture that you a taking from? Is your culture actively subjugating this other culture right now? What are you giving back to this culture that you are taking from...
